History

In 1978, Vijay Patel was determined to help the small business owner’s in the Indian-American Community. This made him start J&S Associates with a professional approach versus what he was seeing other companies do to small business owners. The company was started in Long Island in Levittown, NY. The vision and work ethics of J&S Associates has allowed us to continue growing over the years. In 2007 we opened our second office in Central Florida to serve our client base in the southern part of the country. With the continued support from our satisfied clients, we have been able to grow from a 2 person firm to an 11 person firm supporting over 2,000 clients.

Mission

J&S Associates is built on four pillars to guarantee the success for our clients. We instill these four pillars to each of our team members so they can do their job to the best of their ability and make our clients the priority.

01. QUALITY

Our first pillar is to ensure our quality of work surpasses the client’s expectations at all times. We believe that we must provide our clients the highest level of quality. We achieve this by checking our work not once but at least twice to ensure that there are no mistakes in what we provide our clients.

02. PROFESSIONALISM

This is key part of what we do and how we continue growing our client base. Our team makes sure that we always work towards putting our clients first. We work together with each of our clients to ensure that they do not feel overwhelmed and fully understand the work that we are doing for them.

03. INTEGRITY

Doing the right thing is one of our key values not only at the office but also at home. We push our team to make sure that show our clients each piece of what we are doing and why we are doing it. We will in our best ability make sure that you will never have to worry about your taxes being filled correctly or not.

04. COMMUNITY

We must give back to our communities, if we do not give back to our community we are not successful in life. J&S Associates’s works hard to provide help back to not only our local communities but also our religious and cultural communities.

J&S Associates is built on the foundation of giving back to our community. Our team works with many organizations across the country to provide them support and advice for their organizations and their finances.
